We provide safe change programs for people impacted by family violence. We also offer free counselling for couples and a range of support resources.

We provide individual or group programs to help you make the positive changes needed to stop family violence.

Behaviour change program

Our program helps you to take an honest look at your relationships and how your use of violence or abuse may be impacting your whānau. It is open to anyone who needs help. You may be referred to us through the courts, or you may realise that you need help to manage your anger and the way you respond to stress.

Safety and Protection program

You have a right to feel safe in your family, relationship and home. Our Safety program supports you if you are experiencing family or intimate partner violence. We provide education, counselling and practical resources to help you deal with the effects of violence on you and your tamariki. We guide you through your options, support your choices and help to manage your safety.

Welcoming and inclusive

We welcome everyone into our programs and have a non-judgemental approach. We work with people from many different backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities and gender diversities.

Tailored to you

We spend a  lot of time understanding you – your background, experiences and history and what brought you to our program. By doing this, we can make sure a program meets your particular needs and will be likely to create positive changes for you.

Collaborative

You are the expert in your own life. We are not here to tell you what to think or do. We will work with you to provide the tools and resources you need to live free of violence and abuse. With your permission, we will also work with other support agencies who can help you in other areas of your life.
