Our Programmes

Non-Violence Programme

Accepting that your behaviours are impacting the people you love is the first step to creating change. Our non-violence programme is open to anyone who feels they may need help, or may need to manage the way they respond to stressors, or those who are being referred through a service for a mandated program.

Our program helps individuals to take an honest look at their relationships and how their use of violence or abuse may be impacting their whanau.

“What emotion are you avoiding feeling so much that you would rather terrify your children, and terrorise the woman you say you love, than just face up and feel it?” - Matt Brown

Safety Programme

You have a right to feel safe in your family, relationship and home.

Our Safety programme works to enhance safety and wellbeing for those who are experiencing, or have experienced, family or intimate partner violence. We provide education, counselling, information and support to help people deal with the effects of violence in their home, on their wellbeing and on children.

For those who are ready, our Safety programme can guide you through the personal decision making of when or how to leave, and help to manage your safety when you do, allowing you to truly break the cycle of violence.
